The Need
We are in need of volunteers for the following areas:
- Publicity Volunteers - HELP US GET THE WORD OUT in Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina and West Virginia!
- Information & Registration Booth
- Greeter
- Hospitality
- Set Up Crew (huge need!)
- Security/Maintenance
- Tear-Down Crew (huge need!)
Clean Up Crew to ready Crossroads for church the next day
- Teen Runner
- Event Photographer - we would love a homeschool teen (or parent) volunteer to photograph the entire event! This is a fabulous opportunity to build a great resume in photography, as those pictures will be put on the Midwinter site!
- Videographer -Midwinter would also love a homeschooled student who has a passion for FILMING? Do you have a student that lives with a video camera, loves filming and would like to assist us in making a short promotional video for future events? We would love a student adept at filming for the Midwinter Homeschool Convention in Gray TN coming up in less than two weeks. We need someone who would be willing to shoot footage of our speakers, general sessions, vendor hall, guests, really trying to capture the unique spirit of the eve

Who can volunteer
Any convention attendee led by the Lord to volunteer! We need an army to pull this thing together! Most positions only require an hour or two of your time.

Just contact us and tell us which area interests you. If interested, you will be asked to choose an area and available time-slot.
