Homeschooling innkeepers, Tim and Leslie McMahon, will welcome one special couple to the Mountain Laurel Inn for one complimentary night for our Grand Prize winner at the Midwinter Convention! You will be served a delightful, homemade breakfast, and enjoy all of the wonderful charms of their gracious hospitality. The Inn is a Queen Anne Victorian home, built between 1901 and 1903, located in Damascus nestled in the mountains of Southwest Virginia.The bed and breakfast is conveniently located, allowing guests easy access to recreation locations such as the Virginia Creeper Trail, golf courses, horseback riding, fishing, Bristol Motor Speedway, hiking, theatre and dining. When you stay with us, "Our home is your home, only we do all the work!" Once inside , you will fall in love with the original red oak and chestnut wood panels on the walls and ceilings, reminiscent of the quality craftsmanship of days gone by.

You can donate more than one item, as that gets your name out more
Clearly put your business card on the prize

Special Note – we ask that door prizes simply be a gift, not something with strings attached that requires a purchase. Just a simple gift!

The Midwinter Convention will:

List your business on the www.midwinterconvention.com website and the prize donated

Unfortunately, we do not have the manpower to scan business cards and add business cards to the website, nor can we do any graphic work. The convention is 8 days away!
We will leave the information on the MWC 2008 site until we begin to fill it out for MWC 2009

This is a great opportunity to get exposure for businesses of home educating families.

With that being said, please understand that our family is working night and day on this convention, preparing for 300 people, and working with over 20 vendors in our vendor hall. If you would like to participate, we ask you to follow these simple instructions!
